Job Summary
Build and manage customer segments within the Customer Data Platform to support targeted email and SMS campaigns. Plan and execute weekly CRM activities aligned to promotions and product launches, developing lifecycle journeys from welcome to re-engagement. Manage campaign setup, testing, and deployment while partnering with Marketing, eCommerce, and Buying teams to deliver product stories. Analyze performance against KPIs, own the A/B testing roadmap, and oversee creative briefs for automated journeys. Ensure compliance with privacy legislation and monitor emerging trends to enhance customer experience. Work within a fast-paced Digital Marketing team supporting Hype DC, Platypus Shoes, and SUBTYPE.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM, ESP and marketing automation platforms
- Experience working with customer data and CDP platforms, including audience segmentation and personalisation
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of campaign performance and digital KPIs
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaign types across acquisition, retention and win-back
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
