Job Summary
Oversee CRM campaign processes from design through deployment, managing segmentation strategies for batch campaigns and triggered customer journeys. Partner cross-functionally with creative, copywriting, merchandising, and finance teams to develop marketing campaigns, while developing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize communications and improve ROI. Update weekly and monthly reports to flag performance trends, assist in financial forecasting for the SMS program, and maintain budget management. Personalize content to enhance engagement and drive conversions, ensuring high attention to detail across all CRM activities. Requires 2-5 years of experience in email, SMS, and push notifications, with a B.A./B.S. degree preferred. Full-time role with occasional evening or weekend work during high volume.
Required Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. Degree
- 2-5 years' experience in email, SMS and push notification or other analytical online marketing
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of email and SMS marketing
- Marketing experience
- Ability to identify consumer needs/wants and develop a compelling value proposition to drive email acquisition
- Strong analytic skills
- Experience with attribution methodologies and analytics software
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to efficiently and effectively self-direct and prioritize work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
