Job Summary
Administer and configure InPost's CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365) by designing automations and integrations with Zapier, Make.com, and Google Cloud Platform. Translate APM deployment workflows into structured CRM logic, own data quality through audits and deduplication, and build dashboards tracking pipeline activity and operational KPIs for international stakeholders. Gather requirements from commercial and operations teams across the UK, France, Italy, and Iberia to deliver scalable process designs and maintain documentation for onboarding. This role supports InPost's international expansion and e-commerce enablement strategy within a diverse, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in CRM administration or operations (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- 2+ years building workflow automations with Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools
- Solid grasp of data hygiene, deduplication, and integration concepts (APIs, webhooks)
- Fluent in Polish and English — strong written and spoken
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
