Job Summary
CRM Specialist at Catawiki in Lisbon: own the development, execution, and optimisation of a global, data-driven CRM strategy across multiple channels (email, app push notifications, in-app messages, notification centre, and web banners) to drive customer activation, retention, and conversion. Activate new users and guide them toward active participation; reactivate dormant users with targeted strategies; drive conversion from visitor to bidder and visitor to submitter with measurable wins and revenue growth. Collaborate with Product Management, Brand, and Country Managers to design impactful CRM initiatives aligned with business priorities, and lead operational execution of CRM programmes while leveraging data to design, test, and optimise customer journeys. Embrace cross-functional partnership, experimentation, and continuous learning to deliver results. Requirements include 3+ years of CRM experience in eCommerce or digital marketplaces, strong knowledge of CRM channels, data-driven experimentation, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and professional proficiency in English. Role is based in Lisbon with a hybrid working setup (minimum two days per week in the office) unless explicitly stated as fully remote.
