Job Summary
Develop and optimize CRM strategies, customer segmentations, and lifecycle communications to drive engagement and loyalty. Create, implement, and improve automated customer journeys across email and owned channels, while planning and executing campaigns for onboarding, loyalty, re-engagement, and seasonal initiatives. Monitor customer behavior, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Support membership and loyalty initiatives by maintaining CRM tools and ensuring activities comply with GDPR standards. Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Data teams to enhance the customer experience. This full-time role is based at ARKET's Head Office in Södermalm, Stockholm, with four days in-office and one day flexible remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience working with CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation in an e-commerce or digital business environment
- Hands-on experience building and optimising customer journeys, automated campaigns, and audience segmentations
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Emarsys, Adobe Campaign, CDPs, or similar solutions
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer data into commercial actions and recommendations
- A solid understanding of CRM best practices and confidence using customer insights, segmentation, and automation tools to drive business results
- The ability to work strategically while also being comfortable operating within systems and platforms on a day-to-day basis
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to analyse issues logically, use data and evidence to guide decisions & anticipate and address issues before they arise
- Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, you should be able to explain technical or complex points simply and keep stakeholders informed and updated
- Able to work constructively with other colleagues, share knowledge and support teammates
- You should also be openminded and accept feedback professionally
- You should be able to adjust to changing priorities, learns new tools and processes quickly and show curiosity and self-development
- This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in Södermalm Stockholm
- Four days per week at the office
- One day per week, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely
- You should have the legal right to work in Sweden before applying
