Job Summary
As a CRM Specialist, you will lead the technical architecting and strategic consulting for CRM systems, design and optimize solutions for clients, and drive measurable business growth using automation and campaign management. Responsibilities include the setup and configuration of CRM systems, developing and managing multi-touch marketing campaigns, maintaining data hygiene, and offering comprehensive performance analysis. Qualifications include at least 4 years of experience with CRM platforms, proficiency in HTML/CSS, and strong project management and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise with High Level CRM (GoHighLevel) and Salesforce
- Broad knowledge of major CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Adobe, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar systems
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability optimization, and compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Experience with API integrations, webhook configurations, and third-party tool connections
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization and landing page optimization
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills for client training, troubleshooting, and strategic consultation
- Proficiency in Google Suite, project management tools, and marketing analytics platforms
