Job Summary
Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on technology solutions to solve business problems. Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions, then transform business requirements into application requirements for the traceability matrix and fit/gap analysis. Write functional specifications, collaborate with the technical team, and prototype, configure, and test business processes. This role supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer engagement modules for sales and customer service, leveraging Avanade's partnership with Microsoft and Accenture to deliver tailored implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer engagement modules
- Sales and Customer service
- Good functional knowledge about power platform
- Experience on many full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and English
