CRM Solution Architect

Job Summary
Lead delivery engagements as a Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and AI solutions architect. Lead the delivery team, provide architecture guidance, and drive large, multi-technology deals; hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform; liaise between clients, IT staff, and business partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery; contribute across project phases (waterfall and Agile); support pre-sales engagements and design conceptual/technical architectures; travel as needed to client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and AI solutions
- Consulting experience with external clients
- Pre-sales experience and pricing strategy understanding
- Demonstrations and presentations experience
- Client management and action plan development
- Implementation experience across multiple industries (Health, Public Sector, Resources, Utilities, Retail, Logistics, Communications, Finance)
- Experience with global/offshore teams on CRM implementations
- Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
- Security clearance eligibility or readiness (Australian citizenship preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Australian citizenship preferred (candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance; existing clearance preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel interstate for project requirements
