Job Summary
Senior CRM Relationship Manager role responsible for global CRM system management and user adoption within WPP Media. Key duties include maintaining CRM activity, coordinating with Global Business Systems for technical updates, managing support inbox, overseeing campaigns and marketing lists, building global events in the CRM, supporting users and local champions, and delivering role-based training. Requires experience with major CRMs (Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce), strong data analytics skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across global teams. Hybrid UK-based role in London with a four-day-in-office pattern; focus on global client communications and enabling CRM usage across the organization.
