CRM Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

CRM Project Manager on a fixed-term contract (9-18 months) for Victim Support Scotland, based in Glasgow and Edinburgh offices with an emphasis on leading discovery, process mapping, and requirements definition for a Dynamics 365 CRM transformation. Responsibilities include translating complex operational processes into structured system requirements, leading procurement and supplier selection, managing and challenging the implementation partner, ensuring configuration aligns with service delivery, and maintaining governance artifacts (plans, RAID logs, decision logs). Requires hands-on ownership of discovery, process mapping, and requirements definition, plus experience in business analysis, solution design, stakeholder engagement, data protection, accessibility, and cybersecurity standards.
