Job Summary

CRM Product Business Analyst within the CIB Core Data organization to define strategic data solutions, gather and translate business requirements into feature specifications, lead stakeholder meetings, own and prioritize the product backlog, and support the adoption of the strategic Core data model across onboarding and downstream processes. Responsibilities include developing business cases for technology builds or enhancements, collaborating with Product Solutions and Program Management, delivering data models and solutions that drive business value, and contributing to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews. Strong emphasis on stakeholder management, data modeling, and delivering data-driven, strategic CRM initiatives within a financial services context.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in data management, business transformation, or product ownership within financial services
  • Knowledge of Core data and client onboarding processes
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to present data-driven recommendations
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience in Product Management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and backlog management
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to understand logical data models and collaborate with data architects
