Job Summary
CRM Platform Specialist to administer Salesforce and support SAP CRM migration to Salesforce; responsibilities include platform administration, data management, governance, lead and campaign operations support, and cross-functional collaboration with CRM product owners, developers, and stakeholders. The role involves user setup, permissions and role management, system health monitoring, ticket triage, data imports/exports, data quality governance, parent-child relationship data integrity, lead routing and scoring QA, campaign execution support, and delivering operational metrics. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce administration experience and exposure to SAP CRM or migration environments; strong attention to detail and communication within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience supporting CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM administration concepts (users, roles, security, workflows)
- Experience with data management, data quality, and reporting within CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
