Job Summary
CRM Platform Specialist to support platform administration, data management, and migration efforts from SAP CRM to Salesforce. Responsible for user setup, permissions, and role management; monitor system health; manage ticket intake, triage, and resolution; maintain documentation and knowledge bases. Perform data imports/exports, data maintenance across Leads and Accounts, ensure data quality and governance, and assist with data audits and reporting. Lead & campaign operations support including QA on lead routing/scoring, campaign execution, and reporting of operational metrics. Collaborate with CRM product owners, developers, and business stakeholders; participate in sprint ceremonies and communicate progress, priorities, blockers, and risks.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience supporting CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM administration concepts (users, roles, security, workflows)
- Experience with data management, data quality, and reporting within CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
