Job Summary
Own the CRM product roadmap, balancing business priorities, technical capabilities, and long-term platform strategy. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service leadership to ensure CRM capabilities accelerate revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and support digital transformation initiatives. Lead discovery sessions to define strategic capabilities, translate commercial priorities into CRM improvements, and develop business cases for investments. Design and maintain dashboards to support pipeline visibility and forecasting, while driving high data quality through governance and stewardship. Provide day-to-day support to business users, deliver training, and champion best practices across customer-facing teams. Operate with minimal supervision in a hybrid model of 2–3 days on-site, requiring sound judgment in complex scenarios and comfort using data to drive decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of other education and work experience
- 6 -8 years of leading enterprise CRM, Product Management, Business Applications or Digital Transformation initiatives
- Experience with business requirements gathering, implementation, and training
- Strong analytical abilities, specifically related to understanding large data sets and managing process requirements
- CRM platform expertise
- Business reporting and dashboarding
- Data analysis, data governance, and data quality management
- Understanding of system integrations and data relationships
- Strong business analysis and problem‐solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into system‐enabled solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions
- Proven ability to drive adoption, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Consistent, regular and punctual attendance
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear and reach with hands and arms
- Close vision
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass medical surveillance requirements
