Job Summary
CRM & Marketing Specialist responsible for regional marketing and communication across the Gulf Region Organisation, focusing on CRM management and analytics, marketing materials support, PR and social media activities, and events coordination. Key duties include analyzing sales data and producing dashboards, monitoring the CRM pipeline for insights, enhancing CRM systems with IT and sales, training sales teams on CRM best practices, tracking CRM KPIs, developing regional marketing materials, maintaining reference libraries of projects/case studies, assisting with PR and social media initiatives, sharing marketing updates, and planning/executing internal and external events and product training. Required are a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field, at least 5 years of CRM/marketing experience, familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools; experience with social media and PR is advantageous.

- Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
