Job Summary

CRM Marketing Specialist to support and execute Fever’s CRM strategy across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging; manage activation of customer data to deliver personalized, relevant communications throughout the customer lifecycle; continuously optimize multi-channel communication plans and retention strategies to improve engagement, customer experience, and revenue; collaborate with the CRM Manager to define lifecycle stages, frameworks, and contact strategies; identify and develop key customer segments; build, execute, and optimize automated CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns; conduct A/B tests and implement learnings to improve campaign performance; analyze customer behavior, transactional, demographic, and lifestyle data to generate actionable marketing insights; own weekly and monthly CRM reporting and performance analysis; stay up to date with CRM best practices and industry trends; requires 2–3+ years experience in CRM/Digital Marketing; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ESPs; HTML proficiency; English and German proficiency; located in Madrid with hybrid work arrangement.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working in mobile and web environments
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience using ESP platforms such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in HTML
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and channels
  • Experience developing and optimizing CRM flows that drive customer engagement and revenue
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and dynamic content/templates
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English and German
