Job Summary
CRM Marketing Specialist role focused in Madrid: manage activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app messages; continuously refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience; support defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across touchpoints; define key client segments for targeting and CRM program effectiveness; ensure campaigns have clearly defined, measurable success metrics and take ownership of weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc deep-dives; leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid), and HTML to optimize CRM flows that drive revenue; apply consumer behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant insights; maintain a fast-paced, proactive workflow and collaborate with an international team.
