CRM Marketing Specialist (Based in Madrid)

Job Summary
Manage activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan across channels (email, push, in-app). Continuously refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Support defining the customer lifecycle, target segments, and contact strategies across touch-points; ensure campaigns have defined, measurable success metrics and take ownership of weekly/monthly reporting and deep dives. Requires 2-3 years in Digital Marketing/CRM, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ESPs, proficiency in HTML, strong copywriting, and ability to optimize CRM flows to drive revenue. Fluent in English and German. Based in Madrid with a role location at Fever's Madrid offices and flexible/home-office considerations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years minimum experience in Digital Marketing and CRM
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
- Proficient in HTML
- Good copywriting skills
- Ability to develop & optimise CRM flows to drive revenue
- Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently
