Job Summary
CRM Marketing Manager for eBay Live CRM, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and viewership in the North American market. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (NA Marketing Lead, Product, Analytics) and external creative agencies to deliver customer-centered experiences, manage segmentation and targeting, monitor CRM performance, and own campaign timelines from concept to execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in CRM within an e-commerce or a retail environment.
- Experience within Live commerce is a plus.
- Proven track record to develop and implement effective, multi-channel CRM strategies, including expertise in measurement and optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams in different time zones.
