Job Summary
Lead lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push notifications, segmentation, and automated journeys to drive retention, loyalty, and revenue. Own and optimize personalized, cross-channel customer communications using platforms like SFMC, Klaviyo, or Braze; build and scale customer journeys, improve personalization across owned channels, and use data-driven segmentation to deliver timely, relevant messages. Oversee email design, messaging best practices, and marketing-automation performance, with potential to expand into broader Loyalty leadership. Requires prior experience managing a small team and delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact on retention and customer lifetime value.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in email and database marketing or a related function
- experience leading, coaching, or managing a small team
- proven track record in developing automated customer journeys across multiple touchpoints
- experience with Braze, Klaviyo, SFMC or similar
- familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
- direct response marketing experience
- familiarity with rewards and subscription programs, loyalty communication flows and lead funnels
- data-driven with strong analytical skills
- strong understanding of consumer marketing principles, customer segmentation and multi-channel marketing
- extremely organized with attention to detail and project management skills
