CRM Marketing Associate

CRM Marketing Associate role implementing and managing CRM campaigns across email and push, monitoring user engagement in the Carousell app, analyzing campaign data to drive improvements and insights, liaising with internal stakeholders to align regional campaigns (primarily SG/HK, with potential for MY/PH/TW), identifying test-and-learn opportunities, executing CRM campaigns for regional marketing, and supporting CRM data consolidation. Requires comfort with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), basic HTML coding, strong written and verbal English, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team. This is a 12-month contract position based in Pasig, Philippines with remote work options.
