Job Summary
CRM Manager (8-month fixed-term contract) to lead customer lifecycle strategy across consumer and business audiences, drive data-driven journeys and campaigns, and oversee migration to a new enterprise marketing automation platform. Roles includes designing and implementing onboarding, nurture, re-engagement and win-back programs, improving retention and engagement through segmentation and data structures, and hands-on development of emails and automations (e.g., Klaviyo or similar). Reports to Head of Commercial & Marketing and collaborates with the platform provider to ensure data integrity, adoption, and ongoing performance post-migration; a strategic mindset to drive repeat health checks and long-term engagement.
