Job Summary
Lead lifecycle marketing as CRM Manager for iGaming brands, owning end-to-end CRM strategy and campaign execution across multiple channels (email, onsite, push) with a focus on engagement, retention, and loyalty. Build and optimize automation and personalization, develop and refine tone of voice per brand, analyze campaign performance and KPIs, ensure clear and compliant communications, and collaborate with Responsible Gaming, Compliance, Customer Support, and other teams to maintain cohesive messaging.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing CRM in the online casino or iGaming industry
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
