Job Summary
Manage all marketing activities using ActiveCampaign, including building automated sequences, workflows, and chat flows to optimize lead generation and customer engagement. Generate custom reports to analyze campaign performance and drive data-informed decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective strategies. Maintain high-quality results by staying updated on platform features and best practices in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Min 2.5 years experience in a similar marketing / CRM specialist role
- Proficiency in using ActiveCampaign platform, including building sequences, workflows, chat flows, and reports
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Understanding of Zapier Software
