Job Summary
CRM Manager responsible for designing and executing our CRM and email strategy, including campaigns and flows; develop segmentation and personalization along the customer journey; analyze KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversions) and implement concrete optimizations; craft high-performing emails (copy, structure, simple designs) and advance flows (Welcome, Retention, Abandoned Cart); collaborate with Marketing, Management, and Customer Care to ensure relevant, engaging, and effective messaging; emphasize strategic CRM thinking, data-driven decisions, and performance-oriented copy for emails.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in CRM / email marketing
- Experience with Klaviyo is a plus but not required
- Experience with a CRM/email marketing tool
- Strong copywriting for emails (sales-focused and educational)
- Data-driven with KPI focus
- Experience with tools like Canva, Slack, Notion
- Fluent in German and good English
