Job Summary
As Marketing CRM Manager, own and optimise all email and SMS customer journeys across enquiries, applications and renewals using Spotler. Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Compliance to craft clear, compliant, customer-focused communications that improve funded loan outcomes and customer experience. Analyze campaign performance, test and refine journey logic, segmentation and content, and turn data into actionable optimisation strategies while ensuring GDPR compliance and responsible data usage. Location in Manchester City Centre with Hybrid working (3 days in the office). Location-focused responsibilities include collaboration across teams and delivering measurable business outcomes in an ethical lending context.
Required Qualifications
- proven CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
- strong knowledge of email and SMS platforms
- excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
- experience working within regulated environments
