Job Summary
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist responsible for designing and executing lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push using platforms like Klaviyo, MailChimp, Omnisend, or similar; own end-to-end delivery from briefing to audience targeting, scheduling, and reporting; build and optimise CRM flows across onboarding, retention, win-back, and churn journeys; design CRM-native layouts with a strong UX sensibility; create visually compelling email/SMS creative using Figma or Canva; build audiences from behavioural, transactional, and demographic data; implement personalised messaging and dynamic content; run A/B and multivariate tests; maintain dashboards and reports on CRM metrics; collaborate with creative teams and stay current on CRM trends and compliance requirements; location hint PH with remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a CRM or marketing automation role
- Prior experience within an agency environment is desired but not essential
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team
- Hands-on experience with design tools to produce/refine email layouts and campaign assets
- Ability to communicate at all levels (executives, business and technology leadership, project teams, peers)
- A genuine eye for design; understanding layout, hierarchy, and premium CRM communications
