Job Summary
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager responsible for owning the full customer journey from post-purchase through long-term retention and reactivation. Lead Klaviyo infrastructure, segmentation strategy, and lifecycle campaigns to drive repeat purchases, loyalty, and higher LTV. Develop and optimize automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, cross-sell, win-back, lapse re-engagement), design lifecycle maps, establish testing frameworks, and collaborate with Head of Marketing on channel strategy and creative alignment. Prepare performance reporting (open/click rate, conversion, revenue attributed, LTV contribution), ensure deliverability standards, and drive data-informed decisions to grow the customer base and engagement across the funnel. Experience in leveraging data to segment audiences, tailor messaging, and build loyalty mechanics from scratch.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in a CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing role
- Hands-on Klaviyo expertise (build flows, manage segments, reporting)
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle stages, and behavioural triggers
- A proven track record of driving measurable LTV or repeat purchase improvement
- Experience in a DTC, subscription, gaming, or entertainment context where purchase frequency matters
