Job Summary
The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for monitoring and growing CRM databases, developing acquisition strategies, reporting on engagement metrics, and owning the execution of Email, SMS, Direct Mail, and In-App campaigns. Key responsibilities include managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, optimizing lifecycle flows, defining and tracking KPIs in partnership with Business Intelligence, and managing vendor relationships with Salesforce, Attentive, and Validity. The role requires collaboration with the Marketing Director on the acquisition strategy and partnering with Ad Sales for performance insights.
