Job Summary
Manage and fulfill CRM-related requests for GOA-TECH clients using Go High Level, implementing automations, workflows, and integrations while monitoring campaign funnels and lead pipelines. Exclusively develop and optimize MyVA Support's Zoho CRM, building blueprints and automations to streamline internal operations and client onboarding processes. Assist with funnel creation, setup, and implementation for internal and client campaigns, including building lead capture forms and analyzing performance to optimize conversion rates. Conduct targeted outreach via cold calling, email, and CRM-driven follow-ups across GOA-TECH, MyVA Support, and Reach Voters. This remote role requires bilingual Spanish and English speakers with 2+ years of CRM management experience.
Required Qualifications
- LATAM-based
- bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of experience in CRM management or marketing automation
- Proficient understanding of sales pipelines, funnels, and lead management workflows
- Experience in email automation, cold outreach, and CRM-based campaign tracking
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated
