Job Summary
CRM Integration Specialist responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing Zoho-based solutions within the University of Wisconsin System Administration. The role focuses on evaluating the existing Zoho environment, designing and developing Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layouts, and integrations; estimating work effort; testing and documenting changes; and ensuring standard Zoho practices are followed. Requires experience with Zoho CRM modules (CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, Analytics), Deluge scripting, Java development in Zoho, and XML-based file construction. Hybrid work within Wisconsin with some on-site meetings, part-time schedule, and a focus on collaboration with campus partners and OBE leadership to improve the Zoho deployment and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3 years experience with Zoho product suite (CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, Analytics)
- Deluge scripting language experience for Zoho customizations
- Java development experience for Zoho customizations
- XML file building experience
- Knowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation, monitoring tools/techniques, and analytics techniques
- Knowledge of integration architectures including web services
