Job Summary
CRM & Growth Specialist focused on scaling CRM and lifecycle marketing across Europe, responsible for designing, building, and optimizing full-funnel CRM journeys (emails, workflows, automations) in HubSpot to nurture and convert B2B leads from TOFU to BOFU; monitor KPIs (Open Rates, CTR, Conversions), run A/B tests, and collaborate with CRO and Marketing Ops to improve user experience. Partner with Paid Media, Demand Gen, and regional teams to align lead acquisition with CRM nurturing, localize global campaigns for European markets, build targeted audience segments, ensure data hygiene, and contribute to evolving CRM strategy with new processes and channels (e.g., WhatsApp, AI integration). English proficiency required; experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing or Email Marketing in B2B environments; hands-on HubSpot experience; strong ownership and ability to manage multiple campaigns; hybrid/remote work options discussed for this role.
