Job Summary
Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on technology solutions to solve business problems. Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for specific workstreams. Transform business requirements into application requirements, populate the requirements traceability matrix, and conduct fit/gap analysis. Write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood. Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer engagement modules. This role supports Avanade's partnership with Microsoft, focusing on full-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 CE or CRM. Candidates must communicate in Arabic and English, with experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Field Services preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer engagement modules
- Sales and Customer service
- Good functional knowledge about power platform
- Experience on many full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
