Job Summary
CRM Functional Consultant to design and implement Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and AI solutions for medium to large enterprises. Responsibilities include contributing across all project phases (Plan, Analyse, Design, Build, Test), conducting Business Process Analysis, capturing requirements, designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and AI solutions, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery, and supporting sales activities as needed. Travel is required based on project requirements. Required skills include Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform with related components, ISV solutions familiarity, SaaS experience, relational databases, and experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery. Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; certifications such as MB-910, PL-200/PL-400, PL-200/PL-400, AI-900, AZ-900 are desirable. Australian citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required (existing clearance preferred); role is open to Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne with interstate travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business systems or related field
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse
- Experience implementing Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Services and/or Project Services Automation
- SaaS environment experience
- Relational database concepts
- Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
Additional Requirements
- Australian citizenship is required; candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance (existing clearance preferred)
- Role open to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne; willing to travel interstate if required
