Job Summary
Shape the functional design and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Power Platform solutions to align with business objectives and deliver best-in-class processes. Optimize the current D365 implementation to meet the needs of Azelis, act as a functional expert for Sales & Marketing, deliver end-user training and create functional training materials, and provide insights to enhance user experience. Collaborate with global teams to drive digital capabilities and support incidents while keeping stakeholders informed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant or analyst in multiple CRM implementations
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Customer Voice & Copilot is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of Agile working methodologies
- Bachelor/master’s degree in information systems or similar through experience
