Job Summary
CRM Field Clinical Representative supports Boston Scientific Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) technologies in a defined New Mexico territory by delivering clinical education, arranging hands-on guidance during device implants and follow-ups, and providing ongoing sales support to hospitals and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include serving as the primary clinical expert during implants, patient follow-ups, programming, and troubleshooting; delivering education on product use and clinical benefits; attending procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms; building relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff; resolving customer needs collaboratively to ensure patient and clinician satisfaction; managing product inventory per company guidelines; and participating in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule to support patients and clinicians in real time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, science, math, business, nursing, or equivalent technical field
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Willingness to support a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
