Job Summary
CRM Field Clinical Representative serves as the clinical and commercial expert during cardiac device implants, patient follow-ups, programming, and troubleshooting; delivers education and training to healthcare professionals on product use and clinical benefits; attends procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to support optimal patient outcomes; builds relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to drive engagement; manages product inventories per guidelines and participates in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule to support patients and clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 0–2 years' professional work experience.
- Ability and willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
