Job Summary
CRM Expert responsible for end-to-end delivery of multi-market CRM campaigns and automation with a strong focus on Braze canvases, segmentation, and lifecycle optimization. Responsibilities include campaign strategy/orchestration across email, push, in-app, and other channels; redesigning trigger logic and building scalable automation frameworks; integrating data sources and refining audience logic; collaborating with MarTech/data teams on API integrations and data flows; applying AI capabilities to optimize targeting and content at scale; leading rigorous testing (A/B and multivariate) and translating results into best practices; partnering with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategy with global and market objectives. Required skills include Braze mastery, HTML/CSS for templating, SQL for analytics, Liquid/AMPScript familiarity, CDPs and data warehouses, and strong communications in English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in CRM
- Deep Braze expertise (Canvases, Segments, Content Blocks, Connected Content, Currents)
- Hands-on HTML/CSS for emails and in-app templates
- SQL for audience building and analysis
- Familiarity with Liquid/AMPScript or similar scripting languages
- Experience with CDPs and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Experience with API integrations, data flows, and event tracking
- Strong analytical skills, KPI framing, measurement
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
