Job Summary
CRM Executive responsible for end-to-end production, quality assurance, and deployment of customer communications across WhatsApp and Push Notification channels. Ensure accurate, compliant, and engaging messaging aligned with SEBI guidelines; draft and edit campaign copy; set up and QA campaigns on CleverTap; manage execution timelines, approvals, and stakeholder coordination; maintain dashboards and calendars; monitor deployments for delivery issues and audience accuracy; collaborate with Compliance and Legal to secure mandatory approvals.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Content Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Engagement, or Campaign Management
- Hands-on experience with CleverTap is strongly preferred. Experience with MoEngage, WebEngage, Netcore, Braze, or similar CRM platforms is also valuable
- Strong written English and content editing skills with the ability to create crisp, customer-friendly communication
- Understanding of financial services communication and SEBI advertising guidelines is a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, compliance, and execution excellence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
