Job Summary
Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns; build and run email campaigns and marketing workflows; manage segmentation and campaign assets, landing pages, and campaign tracking. Maintain CRM data integrity, manage lifecycle stages and lead routing, and keep marketing contact records up to date. Track campaign performance, build dashboards, monitor funnel metrics, and ensure accurate marketing attribution. Enrich contacts and companies with ZoomInfo, conduct data quality audits, and support ABM list building and segmentation. Act as a marketing operations partner to the Revenue Director and support continuous improvement of marketing systems and processes. Fluency in French is required with functional English, and strong Excel/spreadsheet skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing data
- Experience building email workflows and marketing campaigns
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) with functional English
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- Strong attention to detail and data quality
- Experience with ZoomInfo or similar data enrichment tools (asset)
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and marketing attribution (asset)
- Familiarity with B2B marketing funnels (asset)
