Job Summary
CRM Engagement Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through Signet’s CRM team’s segmentation efforts via email and SMS. Manages end-to-end campaign execution across channels (e.g., Sailthru for email, media, web), oversees Creative Brief creation and reviews, advises on execution feasibility during strategy planning, conducts QA/launch testing, ensures alignment with business goals and audience requirements, and collaborates with Creative, Agencies, and Data & Tech support to meet campaign requirements. Strong focus on campaign configuration, audience targeting, launch timing, and performance analysis with ongoing optimization of segmentation strategies aligned to Brand, business, and market priorities.
