Job Summary
Senior-level CRM Email Marketing Specialist responsible for executing daily revenue-generating campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Build, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns; maintain and optimize automation workflows (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio); ensure CAN-SPAM compliance, deliverability, and sender reputation; perform A/B testing and analyze performance (open rate, CTR, conversions); collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications; troubleshoot data flows and platform issues; maintain thorough documentation; stay current with SFMC updates and email marketing trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 - 4 yrs experience with Enterprise level Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
- Ability to think critically and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
