Job Summary
Plan and optimize email, CRM, and WhatsApp campaigns using Klaviyo, ChatArmin, HubSpot, and Typeform. Develop targeted customer journeys for clients and partners while segmenting audiences and running A/B tests to drive retention and reactivation. Collaborate closely with marketing, design, product, and copywriting teams to brief content, landing pages, and lead campaigns. Manage CRM processes and performance analysis with a focus on analytical thinking balanced by creative intuition. This role fits a Berlin-based Digital Health startup helping people with digestive issues through holistic care and scientific support.
Required Qualifications
- Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im CRM oder E-Mail-Marketing
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Klaviyo
- Fließend Deutsch (C1)
- gutes Englisch
