Job Summary
CRM, E-mail & WhatsApp marketing lead responsible for planning, implementing and optimizing campaigns and automations (Klaviyo, ChatArmin); develop targeted customer journeys for customers and partners; perform segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis focused on retention and reactivation. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Product, and Copywriting; manage CRM processes with HubSpot, Typeform and Gorgias; drive content briefs and landing page and lead-campaign sparring. Requires hands-on, initiative-driven style with strong analytical and creative capabilities; fluency in German (C1) and good English; bonus for copywriting or health domain experience. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years CRM or email marketing experience
- Klaviyo proficiency
