Job Summary
Lead solution design, customization, development, and testing for enhancements and automations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and integrated Microsoft ecosystem applications. Manage security roles, user permissions, system updates, and workflows while building or modifying model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate flows. Integrate D365 CE with third-party software and ERPs using REST APIs, Azure functions, and iPaaS solutions to ensure seamless data flow. Handle solution deployments, environment migrations, and troubleshooting for Level 1 and Level 2 support via the IT help-desk system. Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints, develop technical documentation, and design Power BI reports to support decision-making. Partner with third-party developers, validate results through integration and user acceptance testing, and provide CRM usage training to end users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology or a related field
- 5+ years' experience as an application lead & developer for Microsoft D365 CRM
- Must have good techno-functional knowledge
- Hands-on experience in Development/Support/Implementation projects
- Demonstrated full-life cycle CRM implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of Power automate, Power Apps, & module driven apps with custom workflow development & Power BI reporting
- Experience with data migration and integration mappings
- Demonstrated experience with database query language (eg. MS SQL), and reporting / automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of attention to details
- High energy level to learn new skills and be proactive in applying them
- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive and able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with Integration platform as a service tool (iPaas) – Celigo or Jitterbit or Mulesoft or Boomi, a plus
