Job Summary
CRM Data Product Manager responsible for translating CRM data needs into governed, reliable data products with clear data contracts, SLAs, and measurable outcomes. Partners with business, technology, data platform, analytics, and controls teams to deliver actionable insights and reusable data assets—including curated datasets, metrics layers, dashboards, marts, APIs, notebooks, and ML-ready data—to enable advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases. Drives data governance, quality, and lifecycle management, defining requirements, maintaining the backlog, coordinating sprints, and communicating status to senior stakeholders. Key focus areas include data quality (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency), data dictionaries, lineage, masking/tokenization/entitlements, regulatory compliance, and governance controls. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Finance/Data Science with 5+ years in data engineering/product development in financial services, proficiency with Databricks/Snowflake, strong communication, and experience with sales analytics. Location: Jersey City, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years in data engineering and/or data product development in financial services with production delivery.
- Proficiency: Product Thinking; Experience with Databricks/Snowflake; Data Products Buildout
- Strong grasp of data governance, quality, compliance; experience enabling AI/ML workloads.
- Familiarity with sales domains (deal lifecycle, client coverage, pipeline/execution, fee/revenue analytics).
- Excellent communication; outcome-focused and hands-on.
