Job Summary
Conceive, build, and evolve the CRM data architecture on Google Cloud Platform, focusing on BigQuery. Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines to ensure high-quality customer data for downstream processes. Design and maintain data models for analytics, reporting, and operational platform integration. Establish and manage dashboards and reports to measure CRM performance. Execute data-driven analyses to derive actionable recommendations. Administer access control concepts within the GCP infrastructure to guarantee data security and compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and external partners to implement data-driven initiatives. Lead technical projects independently, planning and coordinating work packages in agile environments.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science, Mathematik oder eines vergleichbaren Fachbereichs
- Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit der Google Cloud Platform
- Kenntnisse im Aufbau von ETL-/ELT-Datenpipelines
- Datenmodellierung
- IAM und Cloud-Governance
- Gute SQL-Kenntnisse
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
- Hohe Eigeninitiative
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamfähigkeit
- Interesse an digitalen Trends, eCommerce und innovativen CRM-Technologien
- Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement
- Fähigkeit, technische Arbeitspakete eigenständig zu planen, zu steuern und erfolgreich umzusetzen

- Erfahrung mit Dataflow
- Erfahrung mit einer Programmiersprache zur Datenverarbeitung (z. B. Python)
- Erfahrung im Aufbau von Dashboards und Reportings (z. B. Looker Studio, SAC o. ä.)
- Erfahrung im CRM-Umfeld oder mit Customer Engagement Plattformen (z. B. Braze)
