Job Summary
Senior CRM/RMC Business Analyst on an integrated agile Scrum product team supporting the digital representative experience. Responsibilities include eliciting requirements from diverse stakeholders, documenting business requirements and user specifications, maintaining traceability matrices, and producing product documentation (epics, user stories, use cases). Collaborates with Product Owner to maintain product roadmaps and supports UAT, feature rollout, and issue management for web-based software tools and mobile apps. Provides user support and identifies opportunities for user experience improvements. Requires strong communication skills and experience in an agile environment, with CRM/RMC domain familiarity and knowledge of Jira/Confluence; SQL/QMF and MS Office tools are a plus. Remote position open to candidates in the Metro Atlanta area with onsite reporting to the Duluth, GA office as needed; hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 2 years’ experience as a business analyst in a software development environment (preferred)
- Ability to autonomously elicit requirements from diverse stakeholders across multiple user groups and departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to design and communicate documentation for end users
- Experience creating and maintaining user specifications, traceability matrices, and product documentation (epics, user stories, use cases)
- Experience working with Product Owner to maintain product roadmaps and roadmaps for Agile delivery
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) and testing new system functionality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and collaborate with QA, developers, UX/UI
- Jira and Confluence; Agile Scrum experience (preferred)
- CRM or RMC experience (preferred)
- QMF and SQL experience (preferred)
- Moderate to advanced MS Office skills; Visio or Draw.io (preferred)
- Knowledge of iOS and Android mobile platforms (preferred)
- Experience with web-based tools and mobile apps development (preferred)
- FLSA exempt status indicated
