CRM Automation & MarTech Lead

Job Summary
Lead the global CRM automation and MarTech infrastructure, owning the automation layer to move CRM from manual execution to scalable, automated systems. Collaborate with Global CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to optimize the MarTech stack, improve data flows, and design frameworks for high-velocity experimentation and personalisation. Build and govern scalable automation frameworks, orchestration, and data integration across core platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Amplitude, HighTouch, Redshift). Simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and enable faster campaign execution through low-code/no-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, Airtable). Drive governance and standardisation to ensure consistency across markets and establish an experimentation culture with faster A/B testing and reliable measurement.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations with a strong focus on automation and MarTech infrastructure in a global or multi-market environment
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise CRM platforms such as Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong technical understanding of MarTech ecosystems (CDPs, analytics, CRM platforms) and data warehouses like Redshift
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, Airtable)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with CRM, Data, and Engineering teams
- Comfort with SQL, APIs, and webhooks to support data integration and automation use cases
