Job Summary
CRM Associate supports new user acquisition and activation by executing onboarding and early-lifecycle CRM campaigns to increase first booking conversion and accelerate journey from install to repeat usage. The role is execution-heavy and ideal for a detail-oriented marketer aiming to build a foundation in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and analytics, including building and launching CRM campaigns across push notifications and in-app messages, ensuring correct segmentation and timing, and supporting promo logic validation and campaign QA. The position involves reporting and optimization of activation metrics such as first booking rate, time to first booking, and first-to-second booking conversions, with collaboration under the Senior CRM Manager and opportunities in a start-up environment. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or growth roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (MoEngage or similar preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and execution discipline

- Strong coordination and communication skills
